Work takes me to Birmingham soon, I hope to get a day to get out on the bike. Should I go to Cannock? what should I ride? etc. I am from S. Wales and ride Afan, Brechfa and CC on a regular basis and would like to do at least 50K in a day.

Two laps of the dog and monkey, which are fun, will be about 40km. Plenty of natural stuff to explore too.
