Help please

I have recorded a voice memo on my iPhone (an interview with a patient) that I have to submit as part of my assessment for a diploma.

I had been told you could download these files on to a Mac via iTunes but cannot see how to do it.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Are you asking how to transfer...

connect phone via usb, select to sync them on the Music tab of your iTunes sync settings on your computer, then sync your phone. Once synced you will find them in a playlist called Voice Memos on the left sidebar of iTunes.

or were you asking why they don't appear on the list?

I have found the voice memo sync on the music tab but no playlist appears in the sidebar after sync.

I have never had to transfer memos across but having had a quick look at my phone, you can simply e-mail it to yourself as an alternative option.
Open Voice Memos and click on the button bottom right with 3 horizontal bars.
Select your interview, click on Share, then select Email.

    Should work.
None of the above should be taken seriously, and certainly not personally.

if it's important and you don't have time to sort out apples software for them, old skool method is play memo whilst holding phone next to computer microphone and hit record, save file :D
