Hi,

Last year I was told my hip injury was to severe for me to cycle ever again so following medical advice I stopped cycling and sold all my gear. Then I got referred to a new specialist and in November of last year I underwent hip surgery, found out last week that my hip has healed much better than ever expected and have been given the okay to cycle again :D

Only issue being with no kit I am basically starting from scratch, picked up my new bike today:

I've found the bike is the cheapest/easiest bit, it's the gear for it that's the expensive/ try it-get it the wrong size/type area. Anyway enjoy it and build up the cycling slowly.
