Is this a 2010 TCR or not?

I'm interested in this bike someone is selling on eBay, he says its 2012... However I cannot find for the life of me a 2012 version with this colour scheme.

Here is a 2010 one I found, that seat post and paint scheme look very similar!!

    Can't remember seeing that paint scheme last year when I was looking at the Advanced and SL.
    You could ask if it's a non UK frame as different paint schemes are available elsewhere.
    Don't know when I've seen one with the Giant logo as well as the name either.

    Yup looks like the 2010 white/silver colour scheme. I'd stay away, that thing is freaking hideous.

    the 2012 have a square bottom tube. The 2010s are round.
