FSA Headset question

Hello all,
I am servicing my friends bike for him and would like some help please. The main original problem was the headset was loose, so I have undone it and remove the forks from the bike so I can clean all the bearings and reseat with fresh grease.
However, the small/thin plastic washer that sits between the top cap and the top bearing race has snapped, is it possible to get new ones of these without getting a whole new headset? If so what is it called?
The head set is one that looks exactly like this.
Or is it a packet of biscuits and the local LBS?

They can be used when snapped anyway, as long as they go into place and are held there, but yes I'd expect your LBS to have a couple laying around for pennies (or Biscuits in my LBS case!)Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
