Pain on my left knee while on the Turbo

Hi All,

I am experiencing a weird stuff when riding on the Turbo...
I have some pain on the knee sides and sometime below the knee cap of my left leg.

When on my bike riding outside I am never having such kind of pain on the knee.

I thought it may be the bike setup as I am not using the same bike on the Turbo, but after a long fine tuning, the two are almost identical in regards of the distance between the saddle and the Crank (not the distance to handelbar)
I tried also to ride with my main bike on the Turbo and same result...

Any idea of what that could be?
Not a big fan of the Turbo, but it's really practical during the week!

Turbo puts an entirely different strain on your body than road riding. What you describe sounds like an IT band issue. Get yourself a foam roller and you'll be sorted.
