I'm looking at buying another set of wheels for my Zesty and looking for something a bit more refined and lighter at a decent price (if that's possible!).

The current wheelset are Easton EA70 XCT's and I'm happy with them, but I'm concious that there are better wheelsets out there for reasonable money. There are just so many I don't know where to start!

Any recommendations? I'm using the bike mainly for trail centres plus some XC and Enduro racing and marathons.

Cheers

Talk to a wheelbuilder. There are many handbuilt options that can be very light and stiff.

Think about Hope, DT Swiss or Shimano hubs and DT Swiss or Stans rims. Mavic can be an option too. Wheelset at aound 1400-1600g are easy and would be fine for the riding I imagine you might be doing.
