I've have bought a frame to build up myself. I've bought a fork too. However I am new to this and confused about what I need to fit the fork. I'm not even sure whether I have a headset or not. I've taken some photos to demonstrate what I'm trying to say.

the crown race is part of the headset."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

So if I buy the FSA orbit you linked to. Will I be able to retain the cups currently on the frame?0

they look dead any way. and you will need to change the crown ace."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

OK. So that FSA orbit headset will include the cups as well? And the crown?0

Everything you need. Have a look on Parktools and see what bits make up a headset.
Looks like you might need a few more crucial bits as well, wheels and things.I don't do smileys.
