CMBC on strava

basically what does it mean noticed a load of really short segments on my strava and just wandered what it meant

anybody shed any light on this

    From a quick google I'd reckon it might be a mountain bike club near Huddersfield

    Noticed these, they are too short to be of any use as a segment. Someone else mentioned they are Calderdale Metro Borough Council, perhaps placed to monitor cycle usage in and out of Hebden Bridge/ Todmorden area?

    Would like to get a definitive answer tho. The cynic in me wonders about more nefarious reasons!

    Yeah I thought it was a bit wired they can't mean anything one of them had a 67.2 mph top speed on the flat.
