As on many previous outings, I recorded yesterday's ride to Box Hill without problem, but today, Strava crashed several times, and crashed the phone (Samsung GS3) twice trying to locate the initial position.

So I used MapMyRide to record the ride, exported the GPX file, and attempted to upload it to Strava, which also failed. I had another go, and now it's telling me that I have one upload in error, and one duplicated activity. All unusable.

Anyone know of a way to delete failed uploads (from the web site, not from the phone)?
Is the gorilla tired yet?

MapMyRide strip out the time data when you export the gpx. Helpful huh?
This is why it wouldn't upload to Strava, and also why nobody should use MapMyRide.
Fortunately, you can still extract the data in tact if you follow this:

    Hope that helps :-)

You should be able to delete the other rides within strava.
