Best App for Ghost Race and Route Setting and Challenges

Any advice please on the best app to set up and ride a route which:-

1. I can then use with a ghost facility to challenge my best time.
2. Compare with other local riders.

I would like to share some routes with local riders to add to the mtb community and see how far towards the bottom of the leader boards I would come.
