    Interested in doing this but being a newbie unsure :D is it just a case of turning up paying your £3 and off you go!!

    Basically yes Jason, you will get a map if you like or download the garmin link off our website, then off you go, and see what time you can do against the Elite riders in the back groups..will be a great day out.
