Cup sizes

Time for some highbrow discussion. I like a big cup, and regularly swill some warm liquid from the largest cup that can be found at my workplace.
My cup is far FAAR bigger than anything I've managed to bag in my free time.
What kind of cup sizes do you guys like? Small - quick shot, in the "more than a mouthfull's a waste" vein, or a giant massive cup that needs some mountaineering equipment to reach the top?

Also a mug. A pretty mug is all well and good, but a plentiful cup size is my preference.

My ideal cup is big enough to walk through, but small enough so I can get out to avoid drowning in the post walk.

I like a good sized cup. From medium to large. Not extra large though, as you can have too much of a good thing.
