DIY Hilo seatpost remote?

Hi

I cant find an aftermarket remote for my X Fusion Hilo anywhere, doesnt look like it'll be too dificult to bodge something together.

Does anybody have any experience with this?

ps if anyone knows where I can get hold of an Xfusion one that would obviously be prefered.
