Riding with Reindeer

Great book - a guy who cycles 2000km from Helsinki on the South coast of Finland all the way up to the Barents sea North of Lapland.

He flys across from America on a 'Bike Friday' - a bike that fits in a suitcase, and then the suitcase is used as a trailor! Sounds an awesome way to travel.

Really recommend the book. Anyone read it?

Not read the book but will check it out - i just came back from a 3 week tour in northern Scandinavia. It's beautiful up there and not only did I see a few reindeer but the northern lights too!

Flew into Kiruna, Sweden and made a 800km loop to Tromso, Norway via Finland and Alta. Map here.

Sure do! not written up the trip yet, but have posted some photos and for anyone who likes gear then I've written a kind of review about the clothes I used.
