Upgraded cassette with budget gears

I am in the process of buying a new set of Fulcrum Quattro wheels, to be fitted to a bike with a Shimano Sora group set. Would i see any benefit by fitting a ultegra cassette to the new wheel. Would a better spec cassette be of any advantage on a budget group set.

    Very little IME.

    It is essentially only weight savings between cassettes and as the weight is directly on the hub it has little rotating mass and is therefor largely irrelevant.

    The weight saving is going to be fairly marginal too, less than 100 grams.

    I'd save the money and spend it somewhere else.
    Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.
