What headset and seat post clap for Carbon Frame

I recently took the plunge and purchased a frame from China, via the user carbonzone on ebay. I have begun assembling various parts, but am wondered what headset and seat clamp would be best? Do i need a certain type for use with a carbon frame?
The specs they have given me are:
The seat clamp:34.9mm
Headset:1-1/8"
I am not neccasarily looking for "the cheapest" option and I am certainly not looking for the "best", but any mid price recommendations would be great. The bike is in black, so something in black would be good!
I haven't put together a bike in 20years, so I am a little out of touch to say the least, good advice, gratefully recieved!

Seat clamp needs nothing special.
Headset depends on if you have a carbon steerer on your forks or not. Once you have established that I am assuming it will be integerated (threadless), in which case any of the relevant type (for carbon steerer or not) will be fine.Yellow is the new Black.0 -
Hey smidsy, thanks for the info. Should I be able to tell from a picture if there is a carbon steerer or not?

If it is a carbon steerer then you do not use a star nut.
I can not view ebay on my work machine so can not see the frame/forks.Yellow is the new Black.0 -
It looks like a carbon steerer and the weight of the fork would also suggest so.0

Thanks guys. So, assuming it has a carbon steerer would the headset i linked to at Chain be ok? If not, what should I go for?..........."And Pedro Delgado has sprouted wings!"............0

See attached from Ritchey. It explains all.

Essentially with a carbon steerer you need an expanding bung type headset not a star nut.
The one you linked to was star nut I think.Yellow is the new Black.0 -
