I'd just like to clarify something. The nose blowing thing, am I expected to stop and blow my nose? :shock:

If so can anyone recommend where I buy some ultra light weight tissues. Do Rapha make them?

Just wipe with the back of your glove and keep sniffing ;-)

(seriously your cycling gloves should have a bit on them designed for nose wiping - just be sure to clean 'em before next time).

Not sure if I've done any of that - but I'm still a sh!t cyclist I suspect ;-)
I did have someone ask me if my bike was carbon though once - it isn't.

I do actually do that, but sometimes you just need a clear out and I can't stop if I'm on a Strava segment!
