I bought some 2013 RS Reba RLT's today secondhand off another forum.
They came with a user manual which quite frankly is useless.
On top of the lockout dial is another dial with the word FLOOD on it and it turns. I have no idea what this dial does so can anyone explain it for me please. I've had a look on Sram's website but couldn't find anything there either.

Thanks Nathan
Cheers Nathan.

When the lockout is off, the floodgate adjustment will do nothing. However, when lockout is on, the floodgate controls how much of an impact the fork will take before disabling the lockout for a short period of time and allow the shock full range of motion.

What the others said, it's a floodgate dial. Basically takes the edge off of knocks when the fork is locked out (or not, depending how you set it). And there is definitely info about it on the rockshox website.
