Replacing Rear Derailleur Cable - Shimano Sora
Hey everybody,
im looking for some advice on how to replace the rear derailleur cable on my Specialized Allez. It has Sora shifters. I have removed the cable right back to the shifter, but i just cant seem to locate where it locks in. I hope this picture helps to explain a little
If someone can shed any light on how i remove the cable and fit the new cable id be very grateful.
Thanks
Zog

might give a clue
or if that is not the version you have

but it looks like you have not shifted to the small cog position. pull on the cable to apply some tension and work the small lever to get to the correct position."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Thank you very much for the swift response. You were absolutely right and now it is all sorted! I just need to set the derailleur limits properly.
