Bike Discount de Delivery times

Evening all

After losing out on some M775 brakes on Fleabay, i think im gonna pull the trigger on some M596 Deore brakes instead (for the Stinky)

CRC have them for £90, but given how sheeeite the PO is around here, i usually pay for special delivery (having had a couple of things go missing), so am looking at best part of £100

Bike Discount de have them for £80 with postage by DPD or DHL, so a preferable option price wise

However, what sort of time can i expect for delivery ? What sort of time have other users seen ?

I ordered some cranks and other Shimano bits and delivery took about 5-6 working days.

I used DHL option.

Has anyone had to return anything to bikediscount and how did it go.

I returned a seatpost just over a year ago. Attached a reciept for return postage and within 2wks had a new post and refund for the return postage. They didn't exactly keep me well informed about it, but by the time I fired off an email asking how it was going they replied saying it was in the post, and it turned up the day after iirc.

Ordered a new bike on Jan 5th and it arrived Jan 9th including set up for my weight. Tracked it all the way through the courier service reference number. Excellent service.

I cant grumble at the germans, 3 days Ive always had my stuff and I've ordered decent amounts of parcels off of them
