Morning
Despite working from home this morning I am up and ready to go now, after a disturbed sleep with work washing around my head.
Off to London village with work later for a couple of days, which means I will miss the sister in laws visit

'ow do
Only an hour or so at work then off to play bicycles. Stupidly offered to give the missus a lift in as she starts at 8.15 today.
I regret that decision already..0 -
Woke up way too early this morning so just got up and had a lazy breakfast of porridge and coffee. Car was frozen over so had to spend ten minutes de-icing the windows.
Another day of boss avoidance ahead. looks like he is slightly hungover this morning after going to a funeral yesterday.
Tea and chasing up web orders seems to be the plan for the day.
Later......0 -
morning all,
my legs are hurting today after going out on the jump bike to the local bmx track - it's bloody hard work riding around in circles
after last weeks feck up in work, it turns out it may have all been a storm in a tea cup and exagerated by a knob head colleague. the guy i report to onsite knows nothing about it :?
anyway, i'm off to cwmcarn later to do some version or other of the trail.
enjoy your day bumders and bumettes.

Morning Scuttlers
I too shall be playing bikes today. Being back in wolves it was weird waking up to Midlands Today though, especially with Katie Rowlett and her cold dead killers eyes.
Back to the diff tonight0 -
Mornin' ringstings,
As with Ste_T and Gazlar, I shall to shall be playing bikes this morning. Win.
Also, must phone prospective employes before heading out for said bike-based asshatery.
Onwards! To caffee! And Cannock! How would I write my own epitaph? With a crayon - I'm not allowed anything I can sharpen to a sustainable point.

morning mong lovers,
No bikes today off to DK this afternoon, so consuming coffee and waiting for my free lunch at work before i head off. Looking at getting a second set of wheels for XC duties ont he bike can shave a good 3-4pounds of the bike with tyres.0 -

Morning Losers!
Day 2 of being off work, and I'm feeling good. Might try getting in to see the doctor/walk-in centre today about my shoulder. They wouldn't let me book an appointment before next Monday, which is stupid as I'm having my wisdom tooth taken out that day. The other solution is to bypass what I suspect will be a "You need to see a physio" response, and go and see a physio.
I shall be out on the road bike later, trying to increase the miles bit by bit. When I move to Hudd, the miles shall be about the same, the hills will be bigger.
Laters! It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

Morning all! Well just...
Back hurts, went to pilates thinking it would be kill or cure....think it may have helped a bit yay.
Today now = lots of forms to fill out and uniform to order for my return to flying next month and lots of making websitey things. Rubbishy boring Tuesdayness.
No bacons but I still have a bit of leftover pie for lunch at leastRide it like you stole it!0 -
Bored in work despite being in charge. Everyone's problem today is being made into my problem which I don't like. Legs hurt from the weekend. Haven't been back to my house in more than a week now. Ops.Sarcasm: Because punching someone in the face is illegal.0

Hey mongs!
I can now walk properly after the weekend of moving concrete and cycling, although it has made me realise how unfit I've managed to become following a summer and winter of bad weather and very little exercise (my excuse anyway)
Pay day today so it's time to buy some bits, although nothing bike related. A greenhouse, some fence posts and some fabric to recover an armchair.Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

Evenin' Gimps,
I've been playing bikes as well - mainly dodging 1.5 ton metal boxes on the way in and out of work through the London rush hour. Quite good fun actually when you're in the mood, though the amount of crap I must get in my lungs will probably give me cancer soon.
Now settling down with a big glass of port before I crash out - found an old bottle in the garage and it tastes bl00dy lurvely"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0
