One that reduces pressure so I don't get numb bollocks? A groove down the middle sounds like a good option. The ones with a complete hole look a bit silly?!

    Have you considered Selle Italia ? theres lots of info on their site to help you make the wisest decision:

    The most comfy seat I ever had was the Selle Italia SLR TT, it only weighed like 149g, carbon shell with titanium rails, to look at it looked painful yet it turned out to be the most comfortable seat.

    I did a 50 mile canal trail on that seat with no discomfort whatsoever, yet my original padded seat which you would think was comfortable was really not.

    I got a new seat today as it happens another Selle Italia SLR but the XC model, been for a ride tonight, very nice it is too, check them out at the link above, hope this helps 8)

    I thought my Charge Spoon was comfy until I got my Selle Italia X1, which is 2%* more comfy.
