formula rx breaks losing fluid

so i came to use my rear break at the weekend and found there was no pressure in the break, bleed the brake, new fluid in and all was fine. came to it today and same problem. I had a look around the caliper and the break lever but didnt find any fluid, is there something obviouse i am missing? i assumed one of the o rings would have gone and need a rebuild but as i said cant find where the leak is coming from

    Reading the title, I thought you'd broken it!

    What is EXACTLY happening? can you see the pads moving for example?
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
