Cycling and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

Hi Everyone
If, like me, you suffer from ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), I came across a very interesting article that you may find interesting. I don't know how common knowledge this is, but it was certainly new and very pleasant reading for me. It's well known that all forms of physical exercise are good at controlling the symptoms of ADHD, but this article, written by a pro racer who himself has ADHD, goes on to explain why cycling in particular is very good for sufferers.
I got into cycling for all the right reasons (e.g. exercise, the physical challenge, being outdoors, the social side etc), but I would never have known until reading this article that in fact it could be helping me to combat a condition that has held me back all my life. I kind of feel it's fate, and if ever there was a reason to stick at it, then this is it!
I hope some of you who are like me will find this helpful, insightful and give you that added motivation to get on your bikes (not that you need it I imagine!).
