Bike phone mounts

Has anyone got/tried bike mounts of any kind like the one below?

How sturdy are they? I'm wanting to use my phone to record/broadcast live footage of my trail rides or are there alternate solutions that won't break the bank?

good find there. I to have a Samsung SIII and have been looking for a case that would mount it to a bike.
I reckon its got to be safer than in your shorts pocket. and if you crash its one of the least likely places on a bike to get damaged (might be wrong here)
