mornin websters

happy sat here in my pants whilst uploading yesterdays ride at Cannock, for a flat (ish) area a decent 4k ft of climbing and lots of fun - might actually use the mountain bike more often.

Today is a mix of study, family bike rides and chainsaw action - hopefully I won't get them mixed up.

    Morning Shirtlifters,

I'm up far too early for a Sunday morning as I'm off to see Chelski play Brentford up at Stamford Bridge with the Fun Prevention Officer and the Ankle Biter. At least the tickets for FA cup games are a bit less of a rip off than normal  Lunch will be overpriced fish 'n' chips and a beer. After, a bit of CBA :)

    Morning bumders

Lent lasted long for me... got trollied last night and feeling it this morning, but I needed it, feeling much less stressed now. Going to try and power through the hangover then a day of meh and study awaits me.

  • Greetings Maggots,

Another sun shiny day here today
Not too much on the cards other than a run to the rubbish tip with a trailer full of garden cuttings (and Maddie's clothes)
Thereafter an afternoon ride on the HT just for fun..

  • Angry Bird Don't worry, if you're following the 'official' Lent rules, Sundays are rest days, so whatever you've given up for Lent, you have all the Sundays off during it, hence why I'm allowing myself to have a packet of crisps with sandwich.

    Afternoon Losers!
The meal at my friends last night was good, good laugh and great food. First time I've had mussels, definitely not the last!
Today, recovery mainly, as I didn't get much sleep.

    A'rtnoon, dinguses and dingbats

Just back from a local 16mile ride - blitzed it, despite having to push in places (one of the farmers has been doing some serious groundworks and bridleway is f**ked). Anyhoo, bike is washed and drying in the sun, clothes are in the washing machine and the shoes have been de-gunked.

Now sat infront of the Idiot WIndow wathcing the skiing wolrd champs mens slalom final, with a pint of tea. Win.

Onwards! To lunch! And a shower!

    After noon All

Just about to drive to Norwich so can catch a flight to work tomorrow. Not had a bad run as not been there since 4th Jan. but on full pay anyway :D:D:D

New job starts soon so I will not be getting too involved this trip but a shame as the lads are a great crowd.
I'm going to blow the bank on a new build ( within reason ) NOW DONE!!
