SW London Tubular friendly rides

I have noticed lots of people are very nervous to join organised rides whilst riding tubular tyres.
I was thinking to organise a weekly ride on saturday mornings, starting from mid April for those Londoners riding on tubulars.
The idea is to start from Richmond, down to Kingston, Esher and towards the Surrey hills (Box Hill, Leith Hill, Ranmore etc.) kind of 50 to 60 miles from Richmond. Happy to pick up people along the way
I like to start early, ideally 7-7.30, to allow those with families to enjoy the rest of the day with the kids
Average speed is unimportant to me, but you need to be able to ride 50-60 miles
