Strava and the Lawyers

Just had that fateful email message from Strava for a segment in Majorca - but it's changed!
Instead of "Uh oh! Lance just stole your KOM!"
It's now, "Look out! Lance just took your KOM!"
Interesting, as the lawyers have obviously asked for it to be toned down, (again)!
(Fortunately, the ride in question was in a bus or something, so I can breathe easy!!)

OK, it's not earth shattering, but it's one to watch, because if Strava loses several US lawsuits along these lines, then they may go bust, or it could be that the whole idea of 'competitive segments' disappears completely as not worth the risk, which would be a shame.0 -

Well, tens of thousands of cyclists across the world seem to enjoy doing 'segments' so I would have to assume that the answer is, Yes.
