Just wondering if you can buy just the 7900 C35 Dura Ace Tubular rims on the internet as i'd like to buy the 2013 Black Dura Ace hubs separately as the 7900 hubs are silver(ish)
Do the rim have a specific model number so i could search for them that way?

No, but you can buy the DA 9000 hubs and have them built on a different rim...
