Piston problems...

My front brakes were misbehaving badly - I thought it was due to one of the pistons being stuck, so I attempted to give them a bit of a clean with IPA. I held one it and pumped the brake to push the other one out to clean, but I went overboard and managed to pop the piston out completely... some fluid spilled out - brake fluid I assume? Is this normal?
I popped the piston back in but have lost all braking ability now - DOH.....
Any advice on getting back on the road? Formula Rx brakes.

They need bleeding as you will have air in them now and not enough fluid.0

I see cheap bleed kits on ebay - would they be okay?

ok, got the air out okay but one of the pistons is still sticking - any ideas how to free it up? Can I use WD40/ chain lube or brake fluid?0
