Do these cables work well with 11 speed or is it better to buy the real thing?

Are they Campagnolo compatible? Nipple size is slightly smaller than Shimano.

Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

I've used them. Can't say I've noticed an appreciable difference.
