If you can steer clear of carbon and zicral spokes, you will save yourself a lot of money, not just in the immediate, but also in the future.
I really don't see why you need to spend all that money to save 200 grams over a set of Ksyrium Elite, which will do just the same job for longer at a fraction of the cost.
For lighter, have a look at Wheelsmith's race 23 wheels, again a fraction of the cost. Personally I don't like the hubs he uses, but you can have different/better ones, for more money
They are very different wheels with different performance aims - it looks like you are comparing apples and pears and asking which is best. If it's not clear to you I'd have a think about what you want (light/aero/stiff/appearance/bling/hardwearing/resale value etc etc) then draw up a shortlist.
