Try calling 02392 314 813, although I am not sure if it is a formally supported number. Has worked for me before though.
I have also found their response to email to be very good so, if you haven't already tried that, might be worth giving it a go.0 -
Thanks alot. Trying the number now but no answer.0

Can be a pain, however I recently had a bit of an issue with an order & sent them an email and got a reply within an hour, then a second email to clarify another point.Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.0

Post your disapproval on their facebook page and they'll soon get back to you. Worked for me when a sportive booking went "missing"0

I have had to talk to them twice. Once before Christmas, when it was a few days before I got a reply (which was not a surprise). The other was last week, when they replied well within their 8 hour aim. In both cases they could not have been more helpful or clear with their responses.Seneca wrote:It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare; it is because we do not dare that they are difficult.

Their Twitter handle is also quickly responded to.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0
