Just saying hello as a new member before I start asking stupid questions over the next few weeks. Got a 2nd hand bike and started cycling a few weeks ago. First time cycling as an adult on a regular basis. Used to cycle a lot a a teenager, road and mountain bike. Enjoying commuting a couple of days a week and hoping to build up to a lot more over the next few months. 15 mile round trip on a Diamondback Outlook. Mostly to get healthier and more active. Thinking about getting something a bit better in a few months if I can keep up the commute.

Welcome!
So what are the car drivers like in Barbados? Do they live up to the chilled, easy going west indian stereotype?

Sorry no beard, they're on the trees.
I'm lucky traffic wise as I have a country side commute. Traffic going into town is a nightmare and would make even more sense on a bike time wise but could be some tight squeeses. Car drivers usually very good to cyclist. Maybe cause there are relatively high number on the roads.Raleigh RX 2.0
