What does everyone else use?
It is for a 1x9 setup with a 38t ring at the front. Don't really want to spend over £40 and needs to do the job well!

One that fits and works."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I just want to ensure my chain stays on - just an upper should the job? No bash involved though0

http://superstar.tibolts.co.uk/product_ ... cts_id=362 That is all you'll need, it might bounce off the ring when freewheeling as there is no lower guide. If you keep pedalling or use it for trail centres, you should be fine0

Just don't backpedal at all, even a quarter turn0
