upgrade shimano press fit to endura ceramic???

ive got a trek ex8 2012 and one side of bb has gone rough already.5 months old, looking at endura ceramic upgrades. are they worth the money,,??? much better??? is there any thing else out there people can recomend as alternative

    I am surprised you got that much out of it!

    The Enduro Fork Seals ones are the best I have come across, that said Hope have a very sexy looking one on the horizon.

    Had more sucess with FSA or Superstar ones, Superstar do replacment bearings and Top Hat Washers as well as Ceramic ones.

    There are some shimano stainless ceramic ones on ebay at the moment 26 quid i think, remove the bearings from the pressfit cups and pop the new ones in, don't know what the life will be like though.
