how many of you in here suffer "asthma"

Yeah, Symbicort here. I didn't have any inhalers for about 25 years, but 4 or so years ago I had an episode where my peak flow was down to around 350. I take the Symbicort twice daily (one dose), and carry a blue Ventolin reliever as well (which is out of date as I seldom if ever use it).
I don't normally check my peak flow these days, but did it just now and it was 640.0
