Doesn't look like anything special.Your going to have trouble getting any spares if you ever need them.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

Don't do it. Welded frames will always be weak unless you can get them normalized then heat treated. I used to build pressure vessels and high pressure aluminium pipe work and I wouldn't weld an aluminium frame. Chances of getting a fault free weld are very minimal and the chances of it cracking again are very high.
Whats your budget?
Have a look at Specialized Big Hits. Giant Glory's, Faith's and Reign X. Marin Quake, Santa Cruz Bullits, Norco A-Lines. There are loads of cheap used frames which are solid.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
Ive only got £100-150 tops.
wife, babay and mortgage seem to have completely drained my funds!0 -
If thats your max budget then go for a hardtail. You have no hope of getting a useful freeride frame at that price.
On-One 456 Summer Season or Cotic BFe both make good freeride bikesTransition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

May not be the best or the sveltest, but they are functional and tough (latest ones)....Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
Not really a freeride frame though. More of a overweight all mountain bike.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

Neither is a 456 or BFe!!0 -
Put a 160mm fork on either and they are a perfectly reasonable freeride bikeTransition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350
