Does anyone know of any good routes in the Chester area, ideally within Chester itself. I go to LLandegla and Delamere etc , but I would love to find somewhere that I could pedal to, have a blast round, then pedal home as opposed to loading the car.
All advice is welcome
Cheers

If you're just trying to avoid driving places you could jump on the train to Wrexham and ride up to Llandegla or get the train to Ruabon/Chirk for Ceiriog Valley.
Might not be cheaper or more convenient than driving.

It wasn't so much the driving, it was finding somewhere close to home that I could go to after work, once the light nights arrived!
  • The Clwyds are only a stones throw away with loads of rides from Clicain which is only 15 mins away from chester.

A good route? No. but if you just want to stretch your legs, mostly off road then try this.
