It does not have to be the preserve of the pro's, I am sure loads of people do it.

Yes it's not hard to do just swap your rAised headset top cap for a flat 1 slam the stem and hey presto. however there isn't much point in doing this if its not the right set up for you. What a lot of people forget is these frames are not standard and most of them are made to measure for the riders or certain aspects will be tweaked. This I imagine is 1 of those, as slamming the stem makes the steering more responsive.Look 595 ultra - F+F for sale.....
