heddington steps devizes
does anyone know the condition of the byway or the footpath that leads down off roundwayhill?
i know the steps are closed to 4x4s but open to bikes and walkers, have heard there used to be a few dropoffs and the 4x4s created a bit of a 'play area' which is why they were banned
