Dare 2b jacket

Looking for a lightweight jacket to wear over a long sleeve jersey so i am visible to motorists etc, seen the one in the link below, anyone here have it if so does it make you sweat?

    Been looking at the same jacket in my local outdoor store; for the price, I would say its worth a punt...

    If it is truly waterproof it will make you sweat (if you ride at any kind of effort).

    If it is truly breathable it will not keep you dry.

    REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE MANUFACTURER CLAIMS.

    Im not looking for it to be waterproof, have a few waterproof jackets, just need one so im visible on the bike
