Cx Wheel and Tyre help! Please :)

Good evening all! Iv been wondering for a while about the tyre size for my rims/bike -
This is the bike - http://www.whytebikes.com/2013/product. ... 12&xSec=43
These are the rims - WTB Custom Frequency Team i19 TCS, Tubeless Ready, Disk Specific, 32 Hole
And these are the "stock" tyres - Maxxis Raze CX Tyre, 700 x 33c, Black (which i dont mind but for a long commute im going to try some slicks)

Can i fit a set of conti gator skins 700 x 28c on these rims? im a "beginner" and would apreciate some advice :)
Trying these out for my 40km daily commute in the hope of a faster ride with less punctures :)
