I need a Campag cassette, online prices are around £50-£60 with the lockring...
Are the Miche and BBB campy cassettes ok? I read somewhere that someone didnt like how they merge with campy components?

What speed/ratio? You should find Veloce for £35 or less with lockring.0

At the mo I have 12-25 and am happy with that... Wouldn't wanna go lower than the 25 mind.0 -
£31 on Wiggle for Veloce 12-25, maybe even less elsewhere. That's assuming you want 10 speed.0

I've got a Miche cassette with a Veloce set up and was told by the LBS that if I had a Campag cassette it would shift smoother, I personally don't find anything wrong with the shifting with the Miche cassette but I would be tempted to go for a Veloce one in future.Road - http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=40044&t=12777154&p=16943702#p16943702

Sorry should have said I need 9 speed...0 -
There are no issues with compatibility and function of the Miche cassettes, I’ve used them for years0

You need a lock ring. I thought they came supplied with Campag cassettes. My experience of Miche cassettes is that they are sh1te. Veloce 10 speed widely available for £30-£35 (just not with an 11 sprocket). 9 speed shouldn't cost any more, try Ribble, Parker International, Chainreaction, Geoffrey Butler etc.0

I have to admit, I've just had a look and it seems the majority of 9 speed cassettes don't included lockrings. Weird.
I imagine you could beg/borrow/steal a lockring on here for pennies?0 -
All the Centaur and Veloce cassettes (10 spd) I've bought have had a lockring included.Faster than a tent.......0

Someone must of gone round and told them all that I need a 9 speed Campag cassette haha.0

Cheap lockrings on eBay - no need to get a Campag one just Campag compatible.0

Just read online you get a lockring when you buy Campy wheels? Is this true because Ive just ordered some Campagnolo Scirocco 35mm wheels from Ribble...0

I have a miche cassette on my Campy Veloce Group and have no problems at all. Out on the road the changes are nice and slick.
Miche do a 9 speed version that sells for about £23. Though ive only seen them in 12-23 & 13-260 -
I have had one Miche cassette and found that the splines on the inner section of the largest sprocket (25t) were deformed when I came to remove it from pressures of use and fitting I guess. I did not have any shifting problems with it though. I would recommend staying with original campag cassettes, they are not that much more expensive and in my experience of using mainly veloce 9 & 10 spd (come with lockrings) both versions are excellent. No experience of BBB cassettes.Caveat - I buy and ride cheap, however, I reserve the right to advise on expensive kit that I have never actually used and possibly never will0

Thanks all. Went with a 13-26 Campagnolo cassette from Ribble £27'is, but I need a lockring, anyone got a spare?0

Good decision. I've ridden both Miche and Campag cassettes - the LBS couldn't source a Campag cassette in the ratios I wanted to fitted a Miche, saying that it was just as good. When I needed a second cassette (for a winter/training wheel), I sourced a Campag cassette with the same ratios (moving the Miche onto the winter wheel, keeping the more expensive Campag for the better weather).
The Miche shifts OK, though it can be a bit louder and clunkier than the Campag which shifts more smoothly. Doing it all again, I'd insist on Campag from the start. FWIW.They use their cars as shopping baskets; they use their cars as overcoats.0
