post removed, why?

my post was removed because it was already active? my original post did not have all the pics attached, so i added one (about 2 mins later) and it caused this. I have a good history on here.i dont understand why, can you clarify please? can i re-post later this evening?

    okay, fair enough. you can see why i didnt realise though when i've had over 200 posts split 50/50 with buying and selling stuff. mostly,all started on separate topics/threads! so later, when i add to an old topic/thread how do i let people know about the new sale as i cant change the heading now. can i start a new topic and go from there?
