Hi
I am currently in the market for some forks. I am looking at maybe some 2nd hand revelations or similar. However my front wheel is a standard QR fitting, I will be looking to replace the wheels in the future but cant afford atm.
I have been befuddled by the amount of axel options.
Is it possible to adapt standard 9mm QR to Maxel / Maxel lite / through axel etc
The wheels are some old standard wheels from a Marin Rocky ridge, Ovation Hubs if that makes a difference

in a word. No. you are stuck with what you have in your hub now.
I would look to doing the wheels first with hubs that can be converted."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

What sort of hubs should I be looking for that have the option to change the axel options?0
