My new (second hand) Trek Madone

I bought this Trek Madone 4.7 frame from ebay a couple of weeks ago and built it up with a mix of new and old parts. I took it on a 50 mile test ride at the weekend and i'm very pleased with it.
Spec is as follows
Wheels - Easton Vista
Bars/stem - Easton EA70
Gear shifters - 105
Chainset - Ultegra
Cassette - Ultegra
Front derailluer - Dura Ace
Rear derailluer - Ultegra
Brakes - 105

The handlebar set up is quite standard, its probably the angle the photo was taken from that makes it look funny0

OK. Makes it look like you have too many spacers and have rotated the bars down to compensate.0

Nice frame and colour.
But the handlebars look to be in a strange position.0 -
Slam the stem and rotate those bars up.
