Setting up fox 36 float forks

Just bought some Fox 36 Float RC2 FIT 180 forks to go on my Specialised Pitch, they have been spacced to 160mm.
Just wondering if anyone has a basic guide for setting them up, my last forks just had rebound and air spring to worry about, now I've also got high and low speed compression. Im a heavy rider at 250lb.
Found what PSI I should be starting at (100psi) and Im assuming all the other settings are set to the middle, but I want to get the most out of these forks and this is new to me.
Also, Im going to Morzine in July so intend to take the spacer out and either replace with a 10mm (170mm travel) or run the full 180mm travel but with more of a set up for dh (more sag etc). How would I be best changing the settings to suit this.
Sorry if theres some daft questions above, but like I said, Im new to having to set up so much.
Cheers
Ben

Im fine setting sag, and should be ok with rebound. Its the compression adjustments Im stuck with.0

and that is trail and rider specific.
go ride and adjust to suit."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

set the adjustment knobs to the middle setting and then make changes and see if you can notice any difference for better or for worse.0

as above. the only thing i would ad is do the sag first, rebound second, low speed third and high speed last (always found that order worked best for me). Oh, and I'd only adjust one thing at a time though until you get a feel for what does what and how it effects the other settings0
