Boardman Comp vs Team

Ok I am currious...
I am in the process of buying a new bike and whilst I am likely to settle for something cheaper, my 'buy cheap buy twice' mentality means that I do have half an eye on the Boardman team and comp.
Currently in Halfords only £50 separates these 2. Does anybody know what the differences are? Are they similar or is the comp (which I understand used to be the entry level bike) currently over-priced?
